Mangoes, watermelons, and blueberries contain high levels of nutrients, antioxidants, and electrolytes which are essential for your body especially after a night of heavy drinks. 

Meats have high levels of proteins that break down into amino acids which are essential as alcohol consumption is known to result in amino acid deficiencies. Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids which are known to decrease inflammation in your body which can be caused by drinking alcohol. Then you always have the old reliable – good old drinking water. That’s right! You must drink healthy amounts of water so that the water you lost due to urination can be replenished immediately.
