Simple and healthy breakfast of Apricot Almond Butter Overnight Oats that’s vegan and gluten free.

Ingredients
  • 1 Banana, ripe
  • 3 tbsp Dried apricots
  • 2 cups Vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Almond butter
  • 1 1/3 cups Oats, old fashioned
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in an overnight jar. Refrigerate overnight. That’s it.
