Almond, Berry & Muesli Recipe


Ingredients
  • 42 g Rolled Oats
  • 40 g Blueberries
  • 40 g Raspberries
  • 150 ml Almond Milk
  • 570 g Non-fat Natural Yoghurt or Greek Yogurt
  • 40 g Grated Almonds
Instructions
  1. Prepare the muesli mixture by combining the oats and almonds.
  2. Place the yoghurt in a bowl and top with one serve of muesli mixture and one serve of berries.
  3. Alternative option to Greek/Natural Yogurt is Milk.
